Description

Among buildings and facilities at the Bureau of Reclamation’s Lower Colorado Basin Campus Offices in Boulder City, NV, there are numerous buildings and facilities that are Historic and require preservation. However, many of these buildings require maintenance and functional modifications. Identification of Asbestos, Lead Based Paint, mold, and any other substance that might negatively affect humans (e.g. polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB)-containing fluorescent light ballasts, mercury, refrigerants, halon, diesel, etc., if any) are very important. The purpose of this contract is to identify and map all areas of the Boulder City Campus that have Hazardous Materials. Buildings to be Inspected and mapped. 1. Admin Building – 20,100 sq. ft 2. Annex Building – 12,130 sq. ft 3. Building 100 – 9,730 sq. ft 4. Building 200 – 12,230 sq. ft 5. Building Central Plant – Unknown sq. ft 6. Building 500 – 14,600 sq. ft 7. Building 700 – 12,300 sq. ft 8. Building 800 – 4,415 sq. ft 9. Building 900 – 10,000 sq. ft 10. Building 1000 – 4,000 sq. ft 11. Building 1100 – 4,000 sq. ft 12. Building 1200 – 10,000 sq. ft 13.
