Description | The Regional Contracting Office Hawaii (RCO--HI) has a service requirement for dryer duct/vent cleaning services at various US Army Installations on Oahu. The contactor shall furnish all necessary management, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment to perform the dryer duct/vent cleaning services. The contractor shall perform work in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Act Standards; current Federal, State, and County laws and regulations; and the manufacturer's specifications. Refer to the attached performance work statement (PWS) for additional details. The solicitation will be a 100% set-aside for small businesses. Due to this requirement's location, firms must have a local representative on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. The government intends to award a single, firm fixed priced contract with one (1) base year and four (4) option years. Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS). The prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award. It is the responsibility of the prospective offeror to monitor this solicitation for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to the solicitation. Refer to the attached solicitation, technical exhibit, and spreadsheet. Prospective offerors must complete the attached solicitation and submit a quote, in order to be considered a potential offeror. Site Visit Locations: Schofield Army Base and Wheeler Army Air Field (WAAF) The purpose of this site visit is to provide clarity, regarding any questions that may arise or have risen for this requirement.
