Utility Relocations and Related Services

The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services for the identification of utility relocations, determination of cost responsibility, coordination of the development of utility adjustment plans during the utility phase of highway project development, and provision of complete engineering, design and preparation of construction plans for utility adjustments necessary to eliminate utility conflicts on the projects selected by the Department. The One-year limited services term contract with three (3) one-year renewal options will have a maximum value of $1,000,000 per term.
