Description

The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct Lift Station No. 1 Improvements for Pine Village Public Utility District. The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition and replacement of submersible pumps, valves, piping, and dry well ventilation system; demolition and replacement of wet well vent; bypass pumping with sound attenuation; protective coatings; installation of submersible transducer and associated wires, conduits, and terminal box; demolition and replacement of dry well electrical junction boxes and light fixture; control panel modifications including installation of portable generator connection and manual transfer switch; wet well rehabilitation including blasting, recoating, and concrete mortar repair; dry well rehabilitation; and all other miscellaneous items specified or shown in the contract documents required for a complete and functioning lift station. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908, you must provide Pine Village Public Utility District with a printed, executed and notarized original of a completed Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) at the time of the bid opening. Failure to do so will result In the District's inability to execute the contract. To complete the disclosure of interested parties form, or for further information, please visit the Texas Ethics Commission's website. The disclosure of interested parties does not need to be included in the bid plea submittal at opening. Certified or cashier's check or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 calendar days from the date bids are open.
