54--Integrity Testing Above Ground Storage Tanks

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, travel, subsistence, data acquisition, safety training, data analysis, calibration standards to perform American Petroleum Institute ( API) 653 visual and ultrasonic thickness testing on fourteen (14) horizontal and six (6) each vertical, total of 20, above ground storage tanks. Magnetic flux leakage (MLF) scans will also be done on six vertical tank floors. The American Petroleum Institute 653 inspections will be performed by an API 653 certified inspector. The American Petroleum Institute 653 inspection check list will be used. The inspections will meet the requirements of API 653 and include common tank calculations for thickness. If a corrosion rate can be established, a remaining life calculation will also be included. Each report will contain recommendations on coatings, repairs, and inspection intervals. All twenty (20) tanks will require PE certification and stamp on final reports. Contractor will furnish two copies of final inspection report for each tank and a final report of all tanks on CD.
