Gymnasium Floor Refinishing Services

Sand floor, seal, install lines and logos, finish floor and clean up as follows: 1. Submittals are required for Wood Sealer, Game Line and Graphics Paint and Wood Finish and must be approved by the Owner in writing before purchase or installation. 2. All products to be 275 VOC Compliant - solvent based. 3. NCAA Game Lines drawing to be approved by Athletic Department before installation. 4. Provide proofs for Logos and Lettering to be approved by Owner. 5. Provide walk off tack mats from gym space to exterior exit. 6. All equipment used is to be equipped with integral dust control or attached vacuum system. 7. 4 coat system to be installed - 2 coats sealer, logos and lines, 2 coats finish. 8. Remove and replace wall padding if needed. 9. Remove and replace door thresholds if needed. 10. Protect existing floor sockets and outlets from sanding equipment. 11. Ensure that existing floor socket covers are not sealed over or compromised. 12. Install a painted transition trim line around bleachers between old and new finishes
