Hays State Prison Underground Heating Loop Replacement

Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (Owner) for the project entitled Hays State Prison Underground Heating Loop Replacement in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. This project includes the Replace of the underground heating loop and associated pumps at Hays State Prison. (See Section 01010, Summary of Work). GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents. Additional information on this process and a link to the project site is provided below in the Invitation to Bid document and the e-Builder Registration & Bid Submittal User Guide Questions. Questions regarding the bidding documents, the bidding process, e-Builder, and all other questions should be submitted in e-Builder. No questions other than those submitted in writing will be accepted, and only written responses will be binding upon GSFIC
