Clearfield Community Arts Center Remodel

Work of the Project consists of the following items: 1. Replace the roof membrane of the Clearfield Community Arts Center (Approx. 11,200 square feet). 2. Renovate and remodel the interior of the Clearfield Community Arts Center according to the specifications outlined attached construction documents. 3. The work shall include furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required to remodel the interior of the building according to the construction documents and roof replacement specifications.
