The Owner will receive sealed Bids, in duplicate, until 1at the Burleigh County Auditor s office at the City County Building, 221 N 5th Street, Bismarck or mailed to5518, Bismarck, North Dakota 58506. The Contract Documents may be examined at the Office of the EngineBismarck, North Dakota. The Bidder as Principal and by a Sbusiness in this State, conditioned that if the Principal's Bid be accepted and the Contract awarded to the Pafter notice of award, will execute and effect a Contract in accordance with the terms of the Principal's Bidlaw and the regulations and determinations of the governing board. All Bidders must be licensed for the hby Section 43-07-12 of the ND Century Code. No Bid will be read or considered which does not fully compand Licenses, and any deficient Bid submitted will be resealed and returned to the Bidder immediately.
