Description

Any Proposals received after the closing time will be unopened. Any requests received after said time and date will not be addressed. The bidder s surety will be forfeited and become the property of the Owner should the bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish Payment & Performance Bonds acceptable to the Owner within 10 days after award of the contract. No Proposals shall be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after the opening of the bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Owner s judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
