Description | This bid request is intended to provide for snow/ice removal for four (4) parking lots within the Indiana Government Center (IGC) campus. This work is estimated by the Department of Administration, Public Works Division to be less than $150,000.00. Bid must comply with the below listed requirements and utilize DAPW Form 35. Prequalification is not required. Contractor hereby agrees to furnish all labor and materiel to complete the work described in the bid documents all of which are incorporated herein by reference. The work to be performed under this Contract shall be started within ten (10) days after the last signatory to this Contract. The work shall be completed in calendar days. If no days are indicated then the completion time will be 90 days. |
