Subcontractor Listing The project estimate indicates that the project cost is below $1,000,000 so a Subcontractor listing is not required. Apprenticeship The project estimate indicates that the project cost is below $1,000,000 so Apprenticeship participation is not required in accordance with RCW 39.04.320.
