Citywide Contract for Glazing Services and Storefront Repairs

To Provide turnkey storefront glass repair and replacement and other glazing services on an on-call, as needed basis. The Work Includes Fabrication of new and replacement storefront glass panels; Installation of new or replacement of existing glass panels in windows, doors, and mirrors; Skylight replacement at the Civic Center. Glass may include laminated, tempered, insulated, and tinted, as well as a variety of other coated glasses, Plexiglass, and Lexan. Glass may be installed in a variety of applications including wood, steel, and aluminum framing. Repair and modification to existing framing may be required. During repair and installation, the contractor shall install City standardized associated hardware including but not limited to locks, latches, panic devices, hinge assemblies, closures, and operators. Materials and any other debris related to the assigned project shall be removed from the site and disposed of properly not in city dumpsters.
