| Description | Bidders are required to comply with the provisions of the Division of Revenue Business Registration Certification Act (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44), Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27), the Diane B. Allen Equal Pay Act (P.L. 2018 c. 9), and the Authority's Small Business Set Aside requirements pursuant to N.J.A.C. 17:13-4.2d. Restrictions on Political Contributions: Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 2005, c.51 and c.271 concerning disclosure of political contributions. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Request for Quotations shall be submitted to the Authority in writing. In order to receive adequate consideration, questions should be received by the Authority at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Quotations.
