Construction of SH 10 Landscape Enhancement

As of December 8, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. This project consists of 1,400 feet of hardscape, landscape, and irrigation of medians only, along SH 10 from Bluebonnet Drive to Lake Crest Lane. The total contract working days will last 90 days and start September 2022. Questions will be accepted through July 7, 2022. The City reserves the right to accept or reject, in part or in whole, any bids submitted and to waive any technicalities or formalities that are in the best interest of the City. Each bidder will be required to complete and submit all contract forms, bonds, and questionnaires, included in the contract documents in order to have a valid bid submittal. Each bidder shall also be a TxDOT Approved Contractor and be included on the latest published list of approved contractors.
