Country Club Estates Drainage Improvements

*As of 03/23/23, all bids were rejected. A timeline for rebidding has not been established yet.* To qualify to bid, each bidder shall be a properly licensed Contractor in accordance with La. R.S. 37: 2150-2163 for the classification of HEAVY CONSTRUCTION or related classification. Contractors desiring to bid shall submit evidence that they hold license of proper classification that is effective at the time the bidding documents are requested. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes. Each bidder must deposit with his/her bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable on the U.S. Department of Treasury Circular 570. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within forty-five (45) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
