| Description | The Contractor shall provide all material, equipment and transportation necessary to supply Green Light Laser Services to include any potential components manufactured and/or distributed by the contractor. In addition, the contractor will also provide a fully insured and trained laser operator who will not only provide intra-operative operation of the Laser equipment while the surgeon performs the procedure. Contractor will perform installation, set-up and preventative maintenance verification at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310. | ||
