Construction of a heated steel building for school buses and a weight room. The steel building should include the following: Steel siding Exterior windows Heated concrete floors Floor drains in bus bays 3 or 4 insulated overhead doors Water hookups in bus bays Fully finished weight room ¾ bathroom with shower. *Square footage requirements may be limited by building location at the SW corner of the school property. Minimum square footage requirement is 4,000 ft2
