Description

As of October 24, 2022 a developer has been selected. There is no general contractor selected at this time. The Duluth Economic Development Authority (DEDA)is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to seek information and inquiries from potential developers (Developers) interested in providing Public Private Partnership services to the DEDA for a waterfront mixed-use development opportunity on a 12-acre site (Lot D) owned by the DEDA. As the City of Duluth's economic development agent, the DEDA works to stimulate business investment, expand economic prosperity, grow the local tax base and strengthen public-private partnerships.
