Description

Develop new stormwater design standards for Larimer County. The Consultant will develop new stormwater design standards (New Standards) for Larimer County. The New Standards will be consistent with the design standards, policies, procedures, and technical criteria in the current Urban Storm Drainage Criteria Manual (USDCM) published by the Mile High Flood District (MHFD). The New Standards will also integrate stormwater standards and criteria utilized other counties and municipalities in northern Colorado as appropriate, especially within Growth Management Areas or areas controlled by Intergovernmental Agreements involving Larimer County. The New Standards must satisfy the needs and requirements of the County’s Municipal Separate Storm Sewer (MS4) program.
