| Description | Provide and install new chain-link fence within NSA-P Bldg 27A to create two new enclosed storage cages adjacent to other existing storage cages. The proposed fence line and gates are represented notionally by red lines on the floorplan of Attachment 6. See Attachment 7 for photographs showing some existing conditions. The fabric of the fence assembly shall be 9-gauge, galvanized steel, with 2-inch mesh. Remaining salient features should match the existing and adjacent 14-foot-tall chain-link fence. The line posts shall have an 8-foot span between posts. The fence assembly shall have a mid-span brace at 7-foot high, as well as braces at the top and bottom of the fence. The fence shall be secured to the ground with concrete footings in accordance with UFC-4-022-03 to provide a rigid and stable fence assembly. |
