Description

1. Purchase and installation of materials to replace the existing carpeting in Doko Manor. Doko Manor is approximately 6000 square feet with a 3240 square foot ballroom, 800 square foot lobby, 400 square foot conference room, a bridal dressing room, bathroom foyer and hallways. 2. Materials to be considered are high strength commercial carpeting including broad loom and carpet tiles and luxury vinyl tile (LVT). 3. All materials must meet industry standards 4. Factors such as slip risk and acoustics will be important when considering type of flooring to be used
