| Description | To upgrade existing generator The existing generator is over twenty-five years old and requires enhancements and an upgrade to a new natural gas stand-by generator to accommodate the existing backed up loads along with some additional loads. Demolition of the existing roof mounted generator, generator control panels, transfer switch, and emergency power panel. They also developed specifications for procurement of a new natural gas generator and new generator panels, foundation drawings, one-line updates, panel schedule updates, and plan drawings indicating the installation of the new generator, masonry wall, and associated equipment.
