Aslin Administration HVAC Replacement - Columbia Public Schools will receive Bids for a Combined Contract, including General Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical Work, for the Aslin Administration Building HVAC Replacement project. The Work consists of the following: Replacement of Chillers and associated piping, insulation and controls work at the Aslin Administration Building Location : 1818 West Worley; Columbia MO 65203. notice to proceed for construction on December 13, 2022 ; The Work shall be substantially complete and ready for occupancy on or before April 1, 2024. The Work shall be finally complete on or before May 1, 2024. The Work consist of the following: Replacement of Chillers and associated piping, insulation and controls work at the Aslin Administration Building located at 1818 West Worley. The project site includes an Administration Building facility that will be in full operation during the construction period. Contractors must limit use of premises to areas within the Contract limits indicated on the drawings sheet G001. The Contractor shall be responsible for repairing any disturbed portions of the yard/landscaping. Contractor shall include in their bid replacement of existing Automatic Controls Head end equipment.
