Steven M. Clouse Water Recycling Center Phase II

Construction and improvements of the electrical, power systems, and instrumentation and controls (I&C) system for the STEVEN M. CLOUSE WATER RECYCLING CENTER (SMC WRC). The work consists of improvements to the plant’s 15 kV electrical distribution system to support other equipment to be installed; electrical and I&C improvements to first stage aeration, headworks, primary clarifiers, solids thickening; construction of a new building to house all equipment associated with the new supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) and information technology systems; construction of prefabricated buildings and associated foundations to house motor control centers; new Rockwell PlantPAx System; installation of duct banks for new plant wide fiber optic communication network; field instrumentation required to connect to the new Rockwell PlantPAx system; installation of workstations throughout the SMC WRC and additional workstations at the Leon Creek Water Recycling Center and Medio Creek Water Recycling Center; and, all other associated improvements as described in the Contract Documents for the Steven M. Clouse WRC Electrical System Improvements.
