The purpose of this bid is to establish an annual contract for regular carpet cleaning services at the Regional Fire Operations Training Center (RFOTC) and services on an as-needed basis at its fire stations. Addresses for locations in need of service are provided in Exhibit A. This includes all equipment and labor required to clean carpeted areas and dispose of refuse. The selected vendor will work with the Property Management Section as the need for services arises. The Property Management Section is located at the Regional Fire Operational Training Center, 1 Fire Authority Road, Irvine, California 92602. This request is not for a one-time delivery. Services will be ordered on an as-needed or scheduled basis. This bid will be accepted either by paper hard copy or electronically. Please note that if the bid is sent electronically, a completed Bidder's Submittal Document and Exhibit A must be uploaded and attached as part of the bid submittal.
