Description

The Town of Needham requests bids for preventive maintenance and repair, winterization, spring start up and on-call maintenance for existing irrigation systems, fountains and pump houses throughout the Town. The services provided are intended to supplement and complement the efforts of the Town in maintaining the serviceability of the existing systems. The successful contractor shall be required to perform base services and related supplemental services at any of the irrigation zones on an as needed basis, as directed by the Town.
