| Description | For Shredding Services The Falmouth Housing Authority is seeking proposals for Shredding Services. As a quasi-municipality (government) agency, the Falmouth Housing Authority cannot enter into an agreement that is recurring in nature beyond a three-year term. The term ofthis contract will be from February 1, 2023 to January 31, 2026. 1. One 65 gal security container to be stored at Administrative Office 2. On-site shredding services on a monthly basis 3. Monthly trip fee 4. Indicate the minimum monthly service amount, if any. We welcome pricing for other services that your company provides, such as: a. Computer Hard drives b. Other media (DVD, CD-ROMs, Floppy drives) c. Shredding of Other Backup/document types d. Document scanning/digitization e. Cloud-based storage (include an explanation regarding the security features associated with this service) The Falmouth Housing Authority is a tax-exempt organization |
