Landscape Architect Services

1) Landscape Architecture technical services: a) Planning, studies, reports and evaluations b) Master Planning for City parks, preserves, or other City facilities. c) Detailed design and preparation of construction documents including: biddable/constructible plans; technical specifications; bid forms; landscape schedules, including quality, size, spacing and quantity of plants; details and notes for landscape construction; construction sequencing and scheduling. d) Preparation of project schedules and cost estimates e) Project bidding including; review of bids, recommendation for bid award, and attendance at the pre-bid meeting. f) Permitting and compliance with Federal, State and Local requirements. g) Grant assistance h) Services during construction including; attendance at pre-construction meeting; approval of plant material prior to installation, approval of contractor’s staking and layout, review of shop drawings, site observations and inspections, review of change orders, substantial completion inspection, final completion inspection and providing required certifications
