Replacement of soffit on 19th floor of ATCT 5. HVAC replacement in portions of ATCT 6. Update lightning protection system 7. Update the fire protection systems 8. Replace roofing on Base Building and ESU building 9. HVAC replacement in Base Building 10. All ancillary systems and work to provide a complete project
