Description

**As of October 29, 2019, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** The Town of Hampstead is seeking for proposals for repair and replacement of entrance doors of Town Office building. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive any informalities in the proposal process, to negotiate with any and all responsible qualified Proposers, and to enter into an agreement with the Proposer whom the Town in its sole discretion determines is in the best interests of the Town even though the Proposer may not submit the lowest bid or proposal.
