| Description | 1.1 Crack Sealing: Rout out cracks to a ¾ x ¾ ratio width versus depth. Blow out and clean cracks with compressed air and heat lance. Seal cracks with a polymerized asphalt crack sealant. Cover newly placed crack sealant to prevent pedestrian or vehicle traffic from spreading or damaging the work. 1.2 Sealcoat: Clean asphalt with vacuum sweeper and/or air blowers. Apply two (2) coats of emulsion sealcoat. Sealer shall be blended with fractured sand and polymerized modifier; Block off area until area is cured. 1.3 Painting: Re-stripe concrete in eight (8) vehicle parking lot located on Keightly Street with yellow paint. Parking stalls are to be 8’6” wide and 18’ long unless otherwise noted. The width of the stripe shall be 4”. | ||||||
