KELL160158 - Replacement of Two Air Cooled Chillers Bldg 2058

The work includes a design - build project KELL160158 (TriRiGa 1079232) for building 2058 Lackland AFB - JBSA. The contractor is to provide services and expertise for the replacement of two air cooled chillers with high efficiency equipment, pumps, valves, actuators and piping. The contractor shall provide quality controls, tools, equipment, labor, materials, supplies, transportation and supervision to acomplish the work. Address all items and identify any elements that impact cost, functional/operational relationships, maintenance, energy and life cycle costs, utilities, environmental/historical issues, aesthetics and design standards, engineering systems, and other specific items. Validate/draft the 1391 and/or form the basis to adjust the programming document for both cost and scope.
