Sanctuary at 331 Apartments Phase 3

To construct up to 140 remaining dwelling units assigned to Phase III on approximately 14.38 +/- acres with a future land use of Residential and Mixed Use with a zoning district of Residential Preservation and Small Neighborhood. The property is located approximately 1.4 miles from the intersection of US Highway 98 and US 331 North; the site is on the east side of US 331. As of October 7, 2022, construction has not started. The project is on hold due to some permitting issues. There is no firm timeline for when construction will start.
