Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform all work required for "Ground Water Mitigation Building 30", in accordance with (IAW) all drawings, specifications, and the scope of work. Small Business size standard is $39.5. As set forth in 38 U.S.C 8127 the requirement is a 100% set aside to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.
