North End Roadway Safety Analysis

The Contractor shall be responsible for Project management and delivery of the North End Roadway Safety Analysis. This work task includes routine communication, regular meetings and milestone meetings between the Contractor and City staff. The Contractor shall routinely communicate with the City, prepare meeting agendas, record and publish meeting minutes. Project Management includes preparing and updating a Project budget and a Project schedule for delivery of Project milestones. This work task also includes the timely submission of monthly progress reports, budget management, and invoices. Contractor should plan to meet with the City’s Public Works Department staff a minimum of twice per month during the Project duration to review progress and address any questions arising from its activities. The City reserves the right to hold more frequent meetings.
