Student Affairs Multicultural Study Center

project will be an interior renovation in one of four potential buildings: 60 West Charlton, Edwards Center, Steger Student Life Center, or Tangeman University Center. The university is currently developing the Program of Requirements and studying the potential locations. As part of the Program Verification stage, the selected AE may be asked to assist the university in evaluating the potential locations to optimize the project budget against excessive move costs. Additionally, the selected AE may be asked to assist the university with ancillary projects required to enable the construction of the Multicultural Study Center, including, but not limited to, moving existing occupants to other locations that may or may not require minor renovations, interior finish improvements, and furnishings.
