| Description | As of 4/17/2023 All bids have been rejected. This will be rebid. A bid security will be required consisting of a 5 percent (5%) Bid Bond or a Certified Check in lieu of Bond, as well as a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the value of the work are required. Performance and Payment Bonds may be waived in lieu of a single payment upon completion. Scope of Work Summary: Remove and replace existing roof system with new insulation and EPDM 60 mil, 20-year warranty, including flashing, etc. Questions must be directed in writing to bids@bangormaine.gov no later than 4:30 P.M., Tuesday, May 16, 2023. The City will issue a response on or before 4:30 P.M, Thursday, May 18, 2023. |
