Description

The purpose of these specifications is to describe requirements for servicing HVAC equipment at various Water Treatment facilities. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs. This is an annual contract and prices are to be held firm for a period of one (1) year (12 months). This contract may be extended for three (3) additional one (1) year periods at the same terms and conditions upon mutual agreement of the contracting parties.
