Reservoir 3 Site Safety Improvements

Work Consists of the following: 1. Salvage, removal and disposal of existing site improvements, as designated on the drawings, that include but are not necessarily limited to; clearing and grubbing, complete tree removal of selected trees within 3' of improvements, excavation, fencing, concrete, masonry walls, and concrete slab where indicated. 2. Earthwork. Excavation for new foundations, conduit, site grading. 3. Installation of new site furnishings (benches, trash cans, etc.) as specified or as shown on the drawings. 4. Installation of new S.S. enclosures for electrical services, including, but not limited to, panels, and power to bollard lighting. 5. Installation of new concrete foundations bollard lights and fencing. 6. Preparation and installation of specified landscaping items, including but not limited to: decorative metal fencing, gates, and site furnishings and other work indicated in the contract documents. 7. ADA compliant trail improvements. 8. Acquisition of all necessary permit(s) from various agencies having authority.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Grading, Excavation and Fill, Subgrade Preparation, Excavation, Earthwork Methods, Shoring, Tunneling and Mining, Tunnel Excavation.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Dam Construction and Equipment.
