Prequalification - Detention Center Additions and Renovations

The project scope includes a base bid with approximately 19,400 SF of additions, the renovation of approximately 10,200 SF of existing space, and significant site reconfiguration. Base Bid also includes repairs to existing plumbing and security systems and the replacement of lights throughout the existing facility. Alternate Number One includes approximately 9,700 SF of additions and the renovation of approximately 3,100 SF of existing space. Alternate Number Two includes the construction of a 16,500 SF housing addition.
