Base Bid work consisting of fine grading, construction of two types of concrete pavement, installation of two trench drains, installation of a concrete band/flush curb, and construction of an asphalt trail. Add Alternate 1 - 7 contain alternate bids for site preparation as outlined in the bid specifications. The City of Hermitage reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are e deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Hermitage, and to reject any or all proposals.
