| Description | Community Action Development Corporation (CADC) in Frederick is now accepting bids for the repair and installation of coating and sealing material on the north and west side of The Grand (formerly the Hotel Frederick) 100 South Main. CADC will accept bids for varying material and approaches to the exterior repairs of the facility and select the methodology that is deemed to be the best product and repair strategy. The surface to be repaired is approximately 7900 square feet, covering the north and west sides of the building. All bidders will be required to clean all stone and masonry veneer by power washing with degreaser/cleaner before application of any repair materials and power wash, repair and seal the masonry veneer on both sides.
