Improvements to Crystal Lake Park: 1. Outdoor Learning Pavilion: Construction of a new pavilion structure to include a prefabricated shelter with interior storage, restroom, and janitorial facilities, a fireplace/hearth, drinking fountain/water bottle filling station, grills, and accessible walkways leading to the existing Nature Playscape and Anita Purves Nature Center. 2. Parking Lot: Construction of a new asphalt parking lot (27 spaces) to serve the pavilion and Day Camp programs. Associated accessible parking and pathways providing access to the new pavilion structure. Bike racks. 3. Stormwater management rain garden with underdrainage connected to existing underground stormwater system. Native planting including native seeding, native plant plugs and live stakes; and native vegetated stewardship for three years. 4.
