Description

Warren Building: New Standby Generator - Work under this contract shall consist of installing a new, 30kW natural gas-fueled, standby generator on an exterior concrete pad and all associated electrical work. The project schedule has been established to allow for longer-than-usual lead-times for generator equipment delivery. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request to the FMD Project Manager, Joseph F. The Town will only answer such requests if received by: 4:00 p.m., Friday, September 30, 2022. Construction Participation: MBEs (7.4%) and WBEs (4%)
