Description

Missoula County is seeking a qualified General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) for the planning and construction of the expansion and renovation of the existing City-County Animal Control Shelter at 6700 Butler Creek Road in Missoula, Montana. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) procurement process will be used to pre-qualify contractors based on their capabilities and experience. Any questions or requests for clarification or interpretation of this RFQ must be addressed in writing to the procurement officer on or before December 13th, 2022. For purposes of this RFQ, in writing consists of email. Questions submitted must include: - Company name and address; - Contact information, including name, email address, telephone number, and fax number; - Clear reference to the section, page, and item in question. Questions received after the deadline will not be considered. The County will provide a formal written addendum by December 16, 2022 to questions received by the deadline. No other form of interpretation, correction, or change to this RFQ will be binding upon the County. Preconstruction services desired immediately. Owner anticipates that construction will begin summer or fall of 2023. The contract period will end no later than December 31, 2025.
