Approved Sellers will receive notice and will be invited to the closed bid solicitation. No quotes will be accepted unless a complete Questionnaire and Financial Statement for with all questions fully answered is filed within the Pre-Qualification Solicitation. The due date for filing completed questionnaires will be SEPTEMBER 8, 2022. This Project contains some Security Sensitive Information (SSI) information. Contractor must sign a NonDisclosure Agreement (NDA) and upon approval will receive bid documents that contain Security Sensitive Information (SSI). An electronic version of the NDA form may be obtained by sending an email request to Lou Fabritiis (Lou.Fabritiis@phl.org). The email request must include the Bid Number, Company Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email Address and Point of Contact. SSI documents will be distributed via a link from e-Builder, a web-based document controls program.
