| Description | 2022-2027 Residential Generator Maintenance & Repair Services in Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren, & Washington Counties. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to semi-annual preventative maintenance, emergency, and non-emergency repair services. This is a full service maintenance contract to include all parts and labor. Emergency repair service is to be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Contractor will respond to emergencies within 4 hours of receiving notice. Scheduled preventative maintenance and non-emergency repair would occur during normal working hours. |
