| Description | Roof retrofit over an existing pre-engineered metal building roof. The new roof assembly shall include new TPO roof membrane and adequate insulation to bring the building up to current energy codes. The Work performed under this Contract shall be coordinated with Work performed by the Owner and/or other Contractors. The work shall include replacing damaged section of roof decking. The work shall include all labor and materials, including trim and accessories, as required for a complete, weathertight roof assembly. |
