WRF Expansion Project Disc Filters

The Town of Clayton (ToC) is building a new 6 MGD Water Reclamation Facility in a phased approach. The purpose of this document is to procure equipment and field services related to the equipment. 1. Furnish the Disc Filter System. 2. Each system shall have a control system that will be responsible for controlling and monitoring the Disc Filter System and interfacing with the SCADA system. 3. Furnish the specified spare parts. 4. Furnish the required manuals. 5. Provide start up services. 6. Provide onsite training services. 4.1 General Requirements 4.1.1 Furnish an automatic backwash filter system, submittals, coordination with other suppliers through the Contractor, inspection, shop and field testing, and training. 4.1.2 Include all costs itemized in proposal: equipment, spare parts, sales tax, freight/packaging, training, and warranty (base and extended). In addition, provide a monthly storage cost if equipment needs to be held until the site is ready to receive.
